The Green Plan rests on rooftops. The structure underneath rests on us.
Singapore is aiming for at least 3 GWp of solar by 2030, roughly 1,100–1,200 MWh per installed MWp every year.
Those megawatts only count if they keep generating for 25 years. Panels are warranted that long; the structure beneath them must outlast them.
The structure decides whether the megawatt counts.
