Industrial rooftop PV install on the Capitaland A1 facility in Tuas. SPAX scope: mounting structure across the warehouse roof (structural layout, click-lock rail, ballast where required), handed back to the EPC ready for modules and grid connection. Part of the Capitaland industrial portfolio rollout.
Scope of work
Capitaland A1 is part of an industrial-portfolio rooftop solar rollout across the Tuas estate. The brief: cover the warehouse roof with PV without disturbing the underlying operation. The structural challenge is wind uplift at a coastal site with no shelter from prevailing weather.
SPAX scope: full mounting structure to the EPC’s shop drawings: Z-purlin layout, click-lock rail, ballast to Singapore wind & uplift compliance, waterproofing prep around penetrations. Handed back ready for module install and grid connection.
