Part of the largest single segment in the SPAX portfolio by installed count.
Scope of work
SolarNova 8 (SN8) is HDB’s eighth-tranche solar deployment programme , panels mounted across thousands of HDB residential blocks to feed renewable generation into estate-level consumption and the national grid. The Hougang Street 21 cluster sits inside that programme.
SPAX scope: full mounting structure across the residential rooftops , Z-purlin layout to the EPC’s shop drawings, click-lock rail, ballast where required, full Singapore wind & uplift compliance, and waterproofing prep around penetrations. Tradesmen on tools, supervised by site leads with bizSAFE certification.
