Capitaland A2 at 20 Tuas Avenue 1 needed covered heavy-vehicle parking with a generation surface above it. The brief: build the structure, fit the roof, install the PV. One accountable subcontractor handling the full carport stack instead of three separate trades.
SPAX scope: structural steel carport columns and roof framing to the EPC’s shop drawings, roofing sheet, finish surface and waterproofing prep, then PV mounting on the upper deck. Full Singapore wind & uplift compliance for a coastal Tuas site. Handed back ready for module install and grid connection.
