MOE school install spanning multiple blocks. SPAX scope: rooftop and carport BAPV mounting structures, commissioned and handed back to the EPC for module install and grid connection. The Mondrian and aerial shots below were captured during the project handover.
Scope of work
Sembawang Primary School is a multi-block MOE site where the BAPV scope spanned both rooftop and carport across the campus. The Mondrian-style facade shown in the featured image is the school’s distinctive architectural identity, and the install had to integrate the solar mounting cleanly with the existing roof geometry and visual character.
SPAX scope: rooftop mounting on metal-deck roof sections, carport steel where the campus needed both shade and PV, weatherproofing, then commissioning handover to the EPC for module install and grid connection. Photos below were captured during commissioning.
